The buildings in the background are part of St Paul's Place, a mixed-use development by ALLIES and MORRISON (-2010) Furnival Building is heated by a ground source heat pump and domestic hot water heated by LaZer2 solar trackers and special photovoltaic cells on the roof. The Furnival Building was designed by Bond Bryan Architects and opened in 2008.
