Location: Norfolk Street. Exterior view. Commission: Waddington, Son & Dunkerley of Manchester won a competition to build Victoria Hall in 1904, Hale's design being judged in 2nd place. Following the death of Dunkerley in 1907, Hale took over the management of the job to the original designs. His major contribution was in the re-modelling of the Tower.
